Gunwharf Quays Residential, portsmouth

One of Portsmouth’s landmark developments and a scheme that required close liaison with English Heritage. The design of the 230 apartments and houses resulted in an interesting mix of unit types with most benefitting from spectacular views across Portsmouth Harbour and the Solent.
